Paid extra to have it delivered on a Saturday, yet the courier didn't attempt to deliver it on the Saturday or leave a card. Item came on Monday instead. I could have chosen the free delivery and got it the next day (Friday) instead. Horrible experience. Customer service didn't even apologise when I raised a complaint. Would recommend avoiding this company and going elsewhere. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.
