  I recently bought 3 clarinet mouthpieces on 14 days approval from Dawkes. I kept one and returned the others after carefully trying all of them.The mouthpieces were delivered promptly and well-packed. On returning the ones I didn't like so much, the purchase price was immediately refunded to my account (less a small resterilisation fee). Well done Dawkes for offering an essential facility to musicians wanting to purchase a quality mouthpiece. A pleasure to do business with such an efficient - and pleasant - music store.

  If you need anything to do with brass or woodwind instruments this is the place. New and second hand instruments, every accessory you can think of. Plus a workshop where they can carry out small repairs on the spot, or leave for bigger repairs. The staff couldn't be more helpful, with a wealth of knowledge to help you choose something new, or improve what you already have. I highly recommend this place, even if you just want walk round and marvel at the beautiful instruments.
